There is a $175 - $225 outcleaning fee, and a security deposit of $400 that will be returned in full, unless extraordinary cleaning or maintenance is necessary.

Cancellations within 60 days of arrival no refund - before 60 days $ 25.00 cancellation fee. 50% down payment at time of booking. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. 3 nights minimum stay.
