They will arrange a tour of their operation, which extracts salt from seawater in a reverse-osmosis process. Honouliwai Taro Patch Farm-Lee Callahan, the owner, is happy to arrange a private tour of her taro farm and explain the ancient Hawaiian technique of taro farming. You will get to meet her water buffalo, Big Foot, who helps work the fields. Snorkeling
and Scuba- The best snorkeling and scuba spots on Molokai are
inside protective reefs. The choice of destination is determined by
a variety of factors including the tide, surf, wind and restrictions.
